Mentoring & Careers Support
We believe that the success of one Pangbournian should inspire another. That’s why we invite our brilliant alumni to share their career insights, university experiences, and life lessons with our current Sixth Form pupils and fellow former students.
You can get involved in many ways — from mentoring and offering careers advice, to speaking at networking events, exhibiting at careers fairs, or contributing to workshops at the College.
Together, our Old Pangbournians represent a remarkable breadth of industries, roles, and real-world expertise, all bound by the shared experience of the Pangbournian community. This collective knowledge is an invaluable resource for those preparing to take their next steps.
Our careers programme equips pupils with the skills, confidence, and vision to transition successfully from school to their future endeavours. Supported by specialist staff, they benefit enormously from hearing directly from those who’ve walked the path before them.
We are fortunate to have a diverse and generous network — from staff and OPs to current and former parents — who help guide individuals toward success. By engaging with students at organised careers events, our volunteer mentors make a lasting impact.
